Commercial Snow & Ice Management

Commercial properties are the core of what we do. We keep parking lots, access roads, loading areas, entrances and sidewalks open for businesses across Eastern Pennsylvania, Northern New Jersey and Orange and Sullivan County, New York.

Open for business

Your Lot, Clear Through the Storm

A closed lot costs you customers, deliveries and staff hours, and an icy entrance is a liability. We plan every property before the season so that when the snow starts, the crew already knows where the curbs, drains, islands and fire lanes are and where the snow can go.

Wheel loaders with containment pushers handle the heavy lifting on large lots, plow trucks work the drives and smaller areas, and shovel crews clear entrances, sidewalks and ramps. Salting and de-icing follow to keep the surface safe as temperatures drop.

We work 24/7 during snow events, and our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM for quotes, scheduling and questions.

What We Handle

Every commercial property gets the combination of equipment and crew that fits its size and traffic.

  • Loader with a yellow containment pusher clearing a commercial parking lot at night

    Commercial Snow Plowing

Parking lots, access drives and loading areas plowed through the storm, not just after it, so your property stays open for business.

  • Yellow wheel loader pushing snow into a pile at the edge of a lot

    Loader & Pusher Work

Wheel loaders with containment pushers move heavy snow fast on large lots and stack it where it won't cost you parking spaces.

  • Anthony Winter Services salt truck with spreader on a cleared lot

    Salting & De-Icing

Lots, drives and walkways treated to keep traffic moving and cut down on slip-and-fall risk when temperatures drop.

  • Cleared concrete walkway and ramp leading to a building entrance after a snowfall

    Sidewalk & Entrance Clearing

Shoveled and treated entrances, sidewalks and ramps so tenants, staff and customers can walk in safely.

How a storm goes

From the First Flake to the Last Pass

Snow management is planned long before it snows. Here is how we look after a commercial property through the season.

  1. Before the season

We walk the property with you and mark curbs, islands, drains, fire lanes and where snow can be stacked without costing you spaces.

  2. Before the snow

We watch the forecast closely and get equipment and crews staged so the first push starts as soon as the snow does.

  3. During the storm

Plows, loaders and shovel crews work the event around the clock to keep lots, drives and entrances open.

  4. After the storm

Cleanup, pile management and follow-up salting to deal with melt and refreeze before your morning traffic arrives.
